A small team living inside operations: the same people write the calculation, fix the nightly export and work out why a supplier received an empty file. That is where this site's tone comes from.

How we work
The platform grew out of work with a pharmacy chain, not out of a deck. Almost every feature here followed a specific failure or a specific conversation with an owner.
Models compute demand, but the product is an operation carried through to the supplier. A clever forecast that never becomes an order is worth nothing.
There are no invented cases, logos or percentages on this site. If a number is not backed by the system log or an agreed methodology, it is not here.
