One model of products, locations and operations instead of ten exports
The same bottle is “Water 0.5” in the network, “Drinking water 500 ml” at the supplier, and ships in cases of twelve. Until that is reconciled into one model, every order is a lottery.
How it works
Product, category, location, stock, supplier, order, shipment, price and decision. Each is linked to the rest, so “why did this line end up in the order?” has an answer.
Where a barcode exists, we match on it. Where it does not, we match by name — with human confirmation. Unattended auto-matching is a design error, not a convenience.
Pieces, cases, multiples, minimum lots. Without them a calculation yields “order 7.3 packs”, and a person rounds it however they can.
Show us one critical process. We will show how it runs here.
We look at your cycle: how an order is assembled today, who decides, where time leaks and what the system takes over.
