What will the customer want to buy, when, and at what price?
The first layer of the cycle. It decides how much you earn on the same unit sold, and whether the person comes back for a second one.
Supply
What to order, how much, when, where to, and from whom?
The platform's working core, and the part that has been in production longest. Here demand becomes a concrete order line with a quantity and a date.
Compute each location's need, not a network average
A daily store request nobody has to assemble by hand

Network
How do a retailer and a supplier execute one operation without phone calls and re-keying?
The most underrated part of the cycle: an order “generated in the system” is worth nothing until a supplier has seen it, answered it and delivered.
Cash
Is there enough cash to execute the plan, and which decision must change today?
The closing layer. Every order is an obligation with a payment date, and this is where you see which one breaks the week.
One interface to the whole ecosystem
Director is not a chatbot on top of a dashboard but one interface to every product. An answer always carries its data source, its period, and what happens if the action is confirmed.
What actually runs today
Supply and Network run in production: need calculation, hub allocation and carrying an order through to a supplier — used every day. Demand and Cash are mostly still ahead of us.
Every product page ends with a Limits block, and anything not yet built also carries “what already exists underneath” and “what is missing”. It is written out in words rather than colour-coded.
