Data processing
A short statement of the terms on which the platform processes client data. The full agreement is signed alongside the contract — request it at komron@invent.sale.
Who controls what
The data belongs to the client. We process it solely so the platform can do its job, and only to the extent that requires.
One client's data never reaches another — anonymised extracts and benchmarks included. Aggregate figures across clients require separate written permission.
How access works
A connection to the accounting system starts read-only. Write-back is enabled by a separate client decision, not at deployment time.
Every action is recorded: who changed what, and when. The log cannot be edited from the interface.
Return and deletion
Data can be exported at any time via the read API or as files. When work ends we delete it within the agreed period and confirm by email.
If something happens
We report any incident affecting client data to the client's responsible person without delay, describing what happened and what was done. Security reports: komron@invent.sale.
