foundation

A recommendation with no execution is just an opinion

The core owns what happens between a calculation and a result: rules, permissions, approval, delivery, verification of delivery, and a record of all of it.

How it works

The rules belong to the network

Lead time, safety stock, pack multiples, thresholds for mandatory approval, per-supplier schedules. Configuration, not bespoke development for each client.

Approval where the risk is

Routine replenishment goes out on schedule; a large order waits for a person. The threshold is set by the owner, not by us.

Execution is verified

A send is re-checked three hours later: the file was not empty, the recipient exists, a reply is there. We learned this the expensive way — from an empty order the system considered a success.

A log that cannot be edited from the UI

Who edited a line, what the value was before, who pressed send, and what the supplier answered. An editable log is worthless.

We look at your cycle: how an order is assembled today, who decides, where time leaks and what the system takes over.
