A need becomes a concrete order for a concrete supplier: with their pack multiples, minimum lot, delivery day and the file format they expect.
What is wrong today
- Orders for dozens of suppliers are assembled by hand, each in its own format.

How it works
Their weekday, their format, their names and codes — the supplier's own, not the network's internal identifiers.
If the previous order is still open, the next one is held and the system explains why. Every send is re-checked three hours later: the file was not empty, the supplier received it.
What was ordered, from whom, at what price, and what actually arrived. The same record is the basis for the next terms conversation.

What it is built on
- A supplier already receives their order and the history of replies to it — that channel works every day.
- Sales and stock per location are computed today: the data for such a screen already exists.
Who stays in control
The supplier list is closed and belongs to the network. There is no hidden pay-to-win: should a sponsored offer ever appear, it will be visually separated from the recommendation, and the scoring factors will stay visible.
How it is measured
By the number of orders sent without manual edits, the share of suppliers who replied, and the gap between what was ordered and what was received.
